"Polop de la Marina' is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa situated on the mountain side of an established, private gated community in the quiet and peaceful suburb of Polop. The beautiful shared pools are simply stunning with spectacular mountain views and the villa is a 10 minute walk to the traditional Spanish village of Polop. The bright lights and nightlife of Benidorm are within easy reach as is the elegant town of La Nucia.

The accomodation comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, sleeping 8 people in comfort. There is a separate bathroom suite also. There is a well equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher etc. The lounge and dining areas are comfortable and homely with some UK TV channels, a DVD and CD system and internet connection to keep in touch with home.
To the outside the villa has a large patio area in and out of the shade with ample patio furniture and loungers for the suns rays on the sunny terrace ideal for 'Al fresco' dining. The magnificent pool areas are 3 doors away and shared amongest a community of properties which look out to spectacular mountain views......
Polop has a distinctly spanish flavour including traditional bars and restaurants within walking distance. Historical interests include the main castle, delightful arabic quarter, parish church and picturesque bell tower. Polop is best known for it's fresh spring water (Font dels Xorrets) and regular fiestas and weekly markets. The neighbouring village of La Nucia has a large supermarket. Polop de la Marina is ideal for a very relaxing family holiday, offering great accommodation and wonderfully situated to enjoy both the real Spain and also the lively town of Benidorm and it many family activities at it's famous theme parks, Terra Mitica, Mundomar and Aqualandia.
