The villa is situated in the residential district of Pinarmar, is comfortably furnished, sleeps upto 6 people in comfort, has a large sunny outdoor terrace and is very close to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and main Levante beach promenade.

The accommodation is on one level and has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite and 2 further twin bedded rooms with separate bathroom. The villa ideally sleeps 6 people in comfort but 2 smaller beds for children can be added making 8 in total. The good sized main living area is well furnished in traditionally spanish style, has Astra TV with some english channels and indoor dining for six. From here you can access the large sunny balcony with lovely sea breezes. The kitchen is modern and features washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker aswell as further seating.


To the outside there is an inviting 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool with roman steps, poolside shower, sunbathing areas and seaviews over Calpe. The main terrace extends the full length of the villa, captures the sun and boasts breathtaking seaviews towards Calpe Rock and the surrounding areas. There are sun loungers, ample outdoor patio furniture for 'al fresco' dining plus small moveable BBQ. This beautiful villa is set 200 metres from the local beach and is a very short distance to many Calpe amenities.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main promenades and towns main high street 'Gabrio Miro' making 'Casa Gima' a wonderful villa and setting to stay.
