Villa Paraiso is a 6/7 bedroom private holiday villa for rent in Javea. Split level in an elevated position in a very quiet and tranquil area of Granadella, Javea. It has both sea views and inland views and is just a 5 minute drive to the quaint and secluded bay of Granadella and 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain. Its gardens are laid to lawn shaded by pine trees and it has a south facing patio. To the rear is the pool and barbeque which looks over the mountainous region of the Montgo; the famous landmark of the area.

The villa is open plan with a tosca stone fireplace in the lounge, satellite TV and surround sound DVD system (for both music and film entertainment). There is a circular dining room and enclosed naya. The whole area is spacious with wooden beams, pillars and arches throughout which create a typical Spanish ambience to the property.


Ground Floor

The lounge features a tosca stone fireplace, dining room and naya as an open plan area. In the kitchen are wooden units, a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster and general kitchenware.

Internal stairs lead upstairs to another bedroom with a small separate kitchen with a fridge, oven and hob and a lounge area with doors leading out to the upper balcony which surrounds the south side of the house and boasts marvellous sea views.

There are also interior steps which lead down to 3 bedrooms and shower room with access to the private pool terrace.
