Outside the villa has large grounds with mature palm trees, bushes, cacti and shrubs in a typical spanish setting along with fabulous outdoor 8m x 4m swimming pool with aluminium step ladder and sunbathing area. There is also a covered outdoor naya which is ideal for 'al fresco' dining. Spectacular views over Calpe from the upstairs balcony show the towns most famous landmark 'Penyon de Ifach'.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries plus internet cafes on the main high street 'Gabrio Miro' makes Calpe and the neighbouring areas of Moraira and Altea a wonderful location to live or stay.
