The large open plan living room is comfortable with big sofas and features Satellite TV with UK channels, DVD player plus working log burner fireplace. A conservatory dining area adds to the space leading to the outside sun terrace.

There are 2 beautiful outdoor pools, tennis courts and security gates for secure parking. The property benefits from a number of all day sun terraces ideal for dining 'al fresco' BBQ style, relaxing on the sun loungers or admiring the river and countryside views which overlook the grounds.

Denia is a coastal city with 27 kilometres of coastline with beautiful coves and long sandy beaches of Las Marinas and Les Bovetes and the beautiful beach of Deveses.
