Casa Alegria is set in the exclusive hamlet of Portet and just a couple of kilometers from the beautiful town of Moraira in the heart of the spectacular Costa Blanca. Casa Alegria is a twelve minute walk from Portetīs very pretty sandy beach and offers a beautiful location for a holiday with its comfortable and flexible accommodation, private pool, separate BBQ dining room and wet bar, terraced gardens, and lovely Mediterranean and Mountain views.
Briefly, the accommodation comprises:
2 reception area's. The first room is a spacious main living and dining area including; 40" flatscreen satellite TV including SKY sports, DVD and CD plus VCR & films, log fire & much reading material. The second reception area is a 27ft enclosed terrace or "Naya" that overlooks the pool and has sea views.
3 bedrooms, 1 large double + 1 large twin both with ensuites and a large double sofa bed plus a single bed in a 3rd bedroom that is located above the second bedroom and accessed via an open tread stairway.
2 ensuite shower rooms + 1 family bathroom.
A well fitted luxury kitchen inc/ hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils
