The accomodation comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom plus bathroom suite. There is also a double sofa bed allowing upto 6 people to stay in comfort. The villa benefits from air conditioning, a fully fitted modern kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine plus open plan living/dining area with satellite TV.
To the outside there is a fabulous 8m x 4m rectangle pool with roman steps set in private well kept grounds with lovely lawned garden and plenty of sunbathing areas plus a covered terrace leading from the lounge overlooking the pool perfect for dining 'al fresco' BBQ style.
Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture. The town's focal point is the 16th Century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58 metres. The main street for shopping in Denia is Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful Parisian tree lined avenue with shops,cafe/bars and restaurants where you can sit and relax enjoying the culture and atmosphere of the town. There are exquisite boutiques and gift shops and the restaurants offer some of the best regional and international cuisine. Denia's warm climate makes it an all year round location.
