Casa Don Simon is situated in Los Jardines complex which is a gated community on Altea Hills.
This luxurious penthouse apartment sleeps 6 people and comprises of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, patio doors to the terrace with wonderful views to the sea. There is a second bedroom with a double bed next to the guest bathroom, the third bedroom has twin beds, all have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. There is a living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility room. The living room is elegant and tastefully furnished with all new fixtures and furnishings. Patio doors lead to the terrace.


Outside there are 2 fabulous terraces one with a dining table and chairs plus relaxing chairs and spectacular views and second a large roof terrace, here you will find a table football, large dining table and chairs and relaxing lounge furniture with fabulous mountain and sea views.

Within a short walk from the apartment there is a walk way down the hill to the Altea Hills Hotel, here you will find tennis courts, a cafe bar, and the facilities of the hotel that you can use at a cost.

There is a private parking space in the garage with lift directly to the apartment.


Altea town, often called the Pearl of the Mediterranean, is known as an unspoiled idyllic location in the protected natural setting of Altea Bay and offers a splendid variety of quiet and beautiful sandy and shingle beaches. Altea old town itself has long been recognized as the Bohemian centre for musicians, artists and writers from all over Europe. The greatest attraction of the town is at the hill top where you will find the Costa Blancas most distinctive landmark - the Church of Altea with its magnificent dome of blue and white glazed ceramic tiles. The walk up to the church plaza through narrow cobbled lanes of the old quarter along the array of local craft shops and galleries should be on everybody to-do list. The plaza offers the most spectacular views of the mountains and Bay of Altea. There are also top class restaurants where you can enjoy both traditional Spanish and a variety of excellent Mediterranean cuisine.
