Property Description
This elegant Calpe apartment is a hidden gem and overlooks the port area and offers luxury modern accommodation where the owners have created a 'wow factor' holiday retreat for 4 people to a very high standard including some special features to a high specification design in wood flooring, furnishings, decor and mood lighting. Home comforts include Wi-Fi, 40 inch Samsung LCD TV with Satellite channels inc UK BBC plus SKY & European channels), DVD player, designer fitted kitchen with Siemens hob and oven, Samsung fridge freezer and Hotpoint full dishwasher and holiday balcony views of the Ifach Rock and port. The open plan living space is perfect for entertaining and makes relaxing pure joy on the cosy white leather sofas. There are 2 lovely good sized bedrooms ( 1 Master bedroom with super king size double bed, all bedding Egyptian cotton, built in wardrobes plus fully tiled and beautifully designed ensuite shower wet room with Grohe waterfall shower and another bedroom with super king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds plus separate wet room with Grohe waterfall shower). There is new LG air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area for the warmer months.
The apartment has a private entrance with ground floor access and stairs leading to the main level. To the outside there are great Penon de Ifach views (Calpe Rock) and port area to be enjoyed on the balcony ideal for a drink or 'al fresco' dining. Right outside the door and 200 metres walking distance is the sandy beach. Shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets including the town are walking distance so a car is not necessary.
Calpe's most famous landmark is the majestic Penon Rock. The volcanic Rock measures over 300 metres high and is now a nature reserve and a major tourist attraction. However, for those wishing to get a breathtaking view of the coastline, there is a path which takes you to the peak. Calpe also prides itself on it's many long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' The villa is only 25 minutes from the family orientated theme park of Terri Mitica and water park at Aqualandia making Calpe an ideal base for an all round wonderful family holiday destination.
