Air cooling fans are in all rooms and underfloor heating is used during the winter months.


The outside area is large set within attractive gardens with plenty of terracing with outdoor furniture and sun loungers surrounding the impressive 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps leading in. An outdoor naya is perfect for 'al fresco' dining. The main Arenal beach is within easy reach and there are a number of amenities in this area, bars restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk.


The picturesque resort of Javea comprises 3 main areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade.
