There are two terraces giving wonderful resort, sea and mountain views plus use of a fabulous communal pool that is restricted to a handful of private villas. The recent addition of a log burner makes for a very cosy winter break. Wifi included. New for 2018 - new beds, bedroom furniture and linen. New suite and TV for the lounge and a lovely new table and chairs on the patio.

Property Description

Casa Vista Mar, Rio Jucar in Moraira is one of the closest villas to the town yet in an exclusive, peaceful, residential area, sleeps six comfortably having one king size bed and two twin bedrooms (one ensuite) shower room, large open plan lounge/dining room with log burner (giving access to the upper terrace) fully fitted kitchen, utility room and store room. There are two terraces the upper being sheltered and giving wonderful views over the resort, sea and mountains. You would have the use of a fabulous pool restricted to a handful of private villas and nine times out of ten you will find you have the pool to yourself. There is also a car port with parking for one car but extra road parking is available. The resort centre is 1km from the villa with its beautiful marina, beach, shops and fabulous bars and restaurants. With its authentic Spanish feel and fabulous year round weather, if you're looking to sample an unspoilt Spanish holiday resort Moraira is for you. Down by the marina there are wonderful places to stop and chat over coffee or a glass of Rioja whilst choosing a restaurant for lunch. Beautiful beaches are scattered along the coast ready for you to explore and watersports include snorkelling, scuba-diving, jetskiing and windsurfing. The region is famous for its colourful fiestas and festivals which take place throughout the year, the most famous being the Moors and Christians held around mid June. To the north is Javea and Denia and to the south Calpe, Altea and Benidorm. Inland are the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys, the stunning mountain top village of Guadalest and Font Algar - a series of pools and waterfalls where you can swim, take a nice walk or just relax with a picnic.

With the capacity to sleep six comfortably the villa has 3 bedrooms all with air con, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, fully fitted kitchen, large open plan lounge/dining room, now with log burner for cosy winter evenings, stunning views, utility room and storage room. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, double and twin, with a large en suite twin/king size bed on the lower floor accessed by a separate entrance. The lounge/dining room has a two and three seater settee, dining table and chairs, TV offering UK Freesat and Wifi if you want to just sit and chill out. There are a number of books and games also. In cooler months there is central heating and also a log burner, all rooms have ceiling fans. There is an electric towel rail in the main bathroom. In the utility room is a second fridge, washing machine and sink. The villa is in an elevated position so attracts sea breezes. The villa is suitable for children/babies with a cot and high chair available. Finally, for the more active, in the utility room you will find beach loungers and parasols, buckets and spades for children, rackets, balls, games, toys, body boards and inflatables to keep you and the family occupied.


Outside, there is a large and very quiet communal pool restricted to only a handful of private villas. The villa has a small garden in which there is a lemon tree for lovers of a G and T. There are two terraces, the upper terrace being quite sheltered and giving wonderful views of the resort, sea and mountains, ideal to relax in the evening over a glass or wine. The lower terrace is much larger - great for stretching out in the sun. There is a BBQ and ample outdoor furniture for dining and sunbathing together with large parasol. The loungers may be taken to the pool but must be brought back each evening.
