Property Description

To the outside your own magnificent pool, surrounded by terrace areas and quality sun loungers. It is also lit at night for that midnight swim. Entry to the Pool area is gated if you need to restrict access. A purpose built BBQ and Summer kitchen area for dining 'al fresco' is completely walled and gated making it a totally safe environment. Lemon and Orange trees for your own drinks.

The villa consists of two spacious and comfortable apartments set in their own walled grounds. Our property is ideal for the larger group wishing to holiday together, whilst retaining an amount of privacy.

1km from one of the beautiful sandy beaches. This is at most a 10-12 minute walk.
½ km from a small well-stocked supermarket
Ύ km from 2 brand new hypermarkets
Numerous restaurants and bars around beach area
The main town area – the high street is called the ‘Gabriel Miro’ – and the old town are about 2 km away, overlooking the beach at the other side of the Calpe rock.

The harbour is a 1km walk along the beach, situated at the foot of the rock. See the fishing boats arrive and unload every afternoon - the fish couldn't be fresher!!
There is also a reliable bus service which is accessible near to the villa and goes to Calpe town, the bus station and train station, ideal if you do not have a car.

We make a charge of Euros 120 (payable in Spain to the Villa Manager), towards the cost of cleaning and laundry, but would expect the Villa to be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your holiday.
