The apartment is very well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen and utility room. "Azul Estrella De Calpe" is situated on the 1st floor and is serviced by a lift. The apartment is one of 48 situated in an exclusive gated development very close to Las Salinas. There are two swimming pools situated in the communal gardens, one for adults and the other for children. The sandy beaches and town of Calpe are a 5-6 minutes walk away. Secure underground parking is provided.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin and one of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. The apartment has television a DVD player and a music system that will play cassettes, cds and radio. There is seating for 4 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and ample cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a splendid shared swimming pool with children's pool, a garden, a balcony and panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the apartment having external lighting.
