Casa Rosa is a truly wonderful 3 bedroom holiday villa in Moraira positioned in a fantastic location surrounding the fashionable and sophisticated village of Moraira in the district of Moravit.
The main living area is open plan and provides large spacious indoor dining and lounge areas under high beam ceilings. Great place to relax and chill out when indoors with air conditioning featured in the lounge. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster along with plenty utensils, crockery and pans for indoor/outdoor use.
The main living area is stylish, well furnished by it's owners and has comfortable sofas, chairs and tables presented to a high standard. English Freeview TV with UK channels inc BBC & ITV plus DVD player and CD music system are available plus Access to free Wi-Fi.
The villa has three spacious bedrooms, 2 double (one with brand new en-suite bath and cubicle shower)and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds plus separate family walk in shower bathroom suite. There is an extra adult bed for use if required and can be placed in the lounge. All bedrooms have pool/garden views plus hairdryers, decorated and furnished to a high standard with ample wardrobe space plus own independent air conditioning system. The property has full central heating with underfloor heating in both bathrooms. The villa also has a sauna.
To the outside there is a fabulous 10m x 5m private swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by spacious terracing and well landscaped gardens and plant life plus ample gated parking. There are plenty of sun loungers for capturing the suns rays all day or relaxing under an umbrella. An abundance of outdoor furniture around various parts of the well kept gardens on the 960sqm plot make for a relaxing stay in the sunshine. The main outdoor eating area is excellent and a favourite place to unwind and it is covered boasting a large entertaining table perfect for 'al fresco' daily and evening dining in the shade and is situated by the side of the pool area. A working traditional BBQ is a great theme for holiday dining along with outdoor kitchen prep area including fridge, microwave and sink.
A good selection of bars, restaurants and shops are a short walking distance away and the main sandy beaches are within 3 minutes drive. San Jaime Golf course is also 3 minutes drive away from the villa.
The small, picturesque village of Moraira has grown over the years into a most desirable destination for the discerning. The impressive marina has become as much a feature of its sea front as has the ancient fort which guarded its coast. There is a choice of sandy and rocky beaches providing safe swimming for families and pedelos are available for rent, or snorkelling or scuba diving from rocks along the impressive coastline. The weekly Friday market has a huge following and there is a choice of other markets at other nearby villages and towns in the area. Dine 'al fresco' at many of the resorts restaurants and saviour the atmosphere you've been looking forward too all year.
