Property Description

The accommodation sleeps 8 and includes a large master bedroom with super-king bed and en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower boasting different settings and twin basins. There are 2 other large bedrooms with king size beds (1 with spacious 1m x 1m en-suite shower) and 1 additional bedroom with twin single beds. Towels (including pool/beach towels) and linen are provided.

There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus plenty cupboard spaces in all rooms along with good quality mattresses and linen. There is an additional bathroom with bath/shower over and the second en-suite bathroom has a separate shower.

Internally the villa is spacious with open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area providing comfortable seating and dining for 8 persons. A well equipped kitchen provides any catering needs along with various appliances available including dishwasher with both washing machine and dryer in a separate utility room.

The lounge has air conditioning and ceiling fans along with WiFi (Broadband) plus Freeview UK /SKY Satellite TV channels and packages. A large naya (verandah) with both casual and dining seating looks out onto the pool and patio.


To the outside the villa is south facing and in the top corner of the garden under a large olive tree is a shaded gazebo/crow's nest with seating for dining or enjoying a cool drink while admiring the view. There are garden lights for night time use of this area, too. The garden is well maintained with colourful plantlife and shrubery featuring mature palm trees and attractive flower beds giving the villa a secluded ambience feel. The beautiful private 9m x 4m swimming pool has tiled steps leading into it plus there is a hot & cold poolside shower. Private gated parking is provided in the shade.


Javea is a popular resort and has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' or 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques and old town with lovely cobbled streets, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy blue flag Arenal beach with esplanade.
For the most impressive viewpoints capture the panoramic views of Javea coastline from the lighthouse at Cabo de la Nao and several miradors(viewpoints and walks) along the clifftops - simply breathtaking. These are all within walking distance from the villa.

Javea has a diverse mix of residents including Spanish, German, French, Swiss, Dutch and a large UK expat community. Holiday visitors tend to be families and couples wishing to enjoy the experience of a top quality Spanish resort, unspoiled by behavioural problems occurring elsewhere in some low-priced package holiday resorts.

If you have a car then do explore and drive inland to mountain areas such as Bernia where you will find a fabulous restaurant called Verde Vent (about 1 hour's drive). We recommend you visit Fuentes de Algar waterfalls and Guadalest (ancient moor fortress) or the bodega in Jalon, for wine lovers.

La Cala is an exclusive, elevated urbanisation set in a quiet area but just 5 minutes drive from the town and main beach area. It comprises only modern luxury, privately owned villas which have been built on plots of about 1000 sq.m. or more. There are also other beaches and quite a few restaurants nearby.

The property is locally managed. You will be greeted personally and looked after in a friendly, helpful manner to ensure that you have the best possible holiday experience.

The refundable deposit for this villa is 250 and this amount will be refunded to you after your holiday stay providing the property is in the same condition as when you entered it.

Contract cleaners are employed to maintain this property.
There are no extra charges and the property is normally cleaned and linen changed after each rental. However if the property, contents, barbecue, pool etc. are left in an unreasonable state bringing about an extra charge from the cleaners then this will be deducted from the deposit.
Should guests require a house clean and/or linen change during their stay this can be arranged for an additional charge.

Please arrange your own travel and cancellation insurance for your holiday.

To reserve Casa Liemba, Javea Villa a 30% deposit is required upon booking direct with our owner with the final 70% plus security deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
