"Albir Guest House" is an excellent choice for couples or larger groups, either for short breaks or as a base for a touring holiday along the "White Coast". The property is located close to Albir and Altea and within easy reach of Benidorm, it has a superb pool and extensive sundeck plus fabulous coastal and mountain views.

"Albir Guest House" is great option for people seeking either a short stay on Spain's "White coast" or indeed as a base for a touring holiday. This lovely property is situated in "El Tossalet", a very beautiful location, close to both Albir and Altea with outstanding panoramic views to the sea and the mountains. The is a semi rural, very peaceful area, but close enough to Benidorm town for the tourist attractions and a lively nightlife, and there is always Altea for a quieter night out.
The property has been completely refurbished by its current owners who have redecorated each of the 5 guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a very high standard. The owners have created a warm, friendly and relaxed place to stay, somewhere much more personal than a big hotel, and much more than just a room with breakfast. Continental breakfast is included for all guests, other menu's are also available. English satellite TV is available in all rooms.
There are 5 bedrooms:
Room 1 - Orange room, Double Room large bright sunny room with a view to Altea and the sea. Air Conditioning, Satellite TV & Spanish TV, Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities and Hairdryer. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower and mobile shower head, beautiful glass sink unit, Toilet. Bath Sheets, and Hand Towels supplied.
Room 2 - Burgundy Room, Double Room, cool airy room with a view to the Swimming Pool, Terrace, La Nucia and the mountains. Air Conditioning, Satellite TV & Spanish TV, Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities and Hairdryer. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower and mobile shower head, beautiful glass washbasin and surround, Toilet. Bath Sheets, and Hand Towels supplied.
Room 3 - Gold Room, Cool airy Twin Bedded, room with view out onto the pool terrace. Equipped with Air Conditioning, English Satellite Freeview TV, Spanish TV, Fridge and Hairdryer. Bright bathroom with large shower which has rain and mobile shower heads, glass washbasin and toilet.
Room 4 - Cerise Room, Large Twin Bedded Room, the quietest room of them all, looks out onto the garden and across to the mountains. Air Conditioning, Satellite TV & Spanish TV, Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities and Hairdryer. Curved Ensuite bathroom with with walk in rain shower and mobile shower head, beautiful round washbasin, Toilet. Bath Sheets, and Hand Towels supplied.
Room 5 - Bronze Room, Large Twin Bedded room, overlooks a small terrace with table and chairs, views to Altea and the sea. Air Conditioning, Satellite TV & Spanish TV, Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities and Hairdryer. Large ensuite shower room with rain shower and a mobile shower head, glass washbasin and surround and toilet. Bath Sheets, and Hand Towels supplied
Communal area's and facilities:
The dining room is a large airy room with gorgeous views to Altea, Albir, Mascarat and Calpe. Here you will receive an excellent self service continental breakfast that is included in the price of your stay. A full English breakfast is available at a small extra charge. Lunches and snacks are available on request. You will also find the books and games here should you need them.
The hallway, Is a mini "gallery" of the owners favourite artist, Frank Shipsides, who works and lives in their home town of Bristol. He concentrates mainly on painting Ships and Seascapes. You will also find at the end of the hall, next to room 4 the ironing board and iron and a brush and dustpan and brush (we hope you don't need to use them) but in case of a glass breakage they are available.
To the outside of the property there is an excellent communal pool area with great "sun decks". There are ample sun loungers for all guests plus lots of terrace furniture.
Notes:
1/ A car is essential to see the area, car hire can be arranged and parking is available.
2/ There is a very steep access to the property and quite a lot of steps
