The accomomdation comprises of 1 double bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms with separate bathroom suite. There are extra beds allowing 10/11 people sleeping. The living accomodation consists of good sized lounge with comfortable seating, extended dining area with additional sofa and well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.


Outside the balcony enjoys great views of the local pools and sports complex with ample terrace furniture and sun awning. The communal pool is a short walk away along with other amenities. The local Blue Flag awarded sandy beach of San Juan is a short 300 metre walk away with fine golden sand and charming promenade, traffic free, lined with restaurants and shops. Alicante is a 15 minute ride away by bus, tram or car.


The thriving city of Alicante is known for it's miles of of sandy beaches, historical buildings, countless sightseeing attractions including Santa Barbara castle well worth a visit and boulevards of shops. Discover it's true beauty on the modern electric street car which runs from the harbour along the coast to the beaches of San Juan and El Campello.
