This is a lovely 3 bedroom duplex apartment sleeping up to 6 people and within easy reach of San Juan, El Campello and Alicante city. The Golf course is just a 15 minute walk away.....

Property description

If you like the idea of a golfing holiday, with a complete range of cultural, gastronomic and relaxing activities at your doorstep then this is the perfect holiday home for you and your family. Situated overlooking the Alicante Golf Course, this modern three bedroom apartment is ideally situated for access to all activities. Local shops and restaurants are but five minutes walk away. The tram that takes you to the centre of Alicante is ten minutes walk from the apartment. San Juan beach and all its restaurants is about 15 minutes walk. There is a good size terrace for al fresco dining and the complex has a large outdoor pool. There is also a children’s playground and underground, secure parking.


Alicante Golf & Beach, San Juan is a fully air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment located just a 15 minute walk from the Golf course and less than a mile from the main beach. The accommodation consists of a spacious main living area with separate dining for up to 6 people, TV, DVD, VCR and CD music system. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms together with 2 bath/shower rooms. There is also a well equipped kitchen and delightful terrace. To the outside of the apartment there is a large communal pool and shared gardens. The apartment also has secure parking and excellent views over the Golf course from both the terrace and master bedroom.


The golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros. It has 14 lakes in 18 holes. The course is flat but it is very challenging. It has six par 3s, six par 4’s and six par 5’s. When you're not playing golf you may like to head down to the beach, have a swim and relax in the sun. On the walk home, why not stop off at any one of the numerous restaurants and bars and sample the best of local cuisine and some fine Spanish wine. Alicante city is a thriving city with much to offer the tourist. When you want to see a little more, try taking the tram into the city and do a little shopping, site-seeing or visit the museum within the Santa Barbara Castle.
