"Los Girasoles" is a large Villa in quiet suburb of Alicante, close to both the coast, mountains & all amenities. This is a fabulous property. It is spacious, furnished to a high standard and is full of "home comforts". It is fully air conditioned, has a great pool and easy access to both towns and beaches.....

Property description

"Los Girasoles" is to be found within San Vicent del Raspeig in Alicante. This is a Luxurious and high class detached accommodation for up to 10 people, with 4/5 bedrooms, a large lounge with open fire, a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. There is central heating, full air conditioning and even a water softener!! The villa is set in large secure gardens with private pool, complete with lemon, lime and orange trees. On those few occasions, when it is not possible to linger on the large poolside terrace, central heating and open fire make this impressive villa cosy for listening to the Bose radio piped to every room. Tasty local food and drink can be enjoyed on the large balcony. The villa is convenient for golf and attractions yet in quiet unspoilt location close to amenities. Table tennis, bicycles, barbecue and boule are all available.


Briefly, the the internal accommodation of this fully air conditioned home is as follows:

A spacious hall leads to lounge/dining room via double doors. The room is beautifully furnished with two settees, casual chairs, rustic Spanish wood dining table with 8 chairs, lamps, sideboard and dresser. The sound system is built into the walls - every room has speakers and separate on/off and volume controls. Connected to CD, cassette, radio with a lead for other devices such as portable Minidisc player.

There is a fully fitted kitchen including; dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas/electric hob, microwave, electric oven and a table with four chairs.

There are stairs leading to a landing with access to master bedroom with ensuite, three further bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an additional shower room downstairs. Bedroom 1 is a large air conditioned room with emperor sized bed with dressing table, mirror and chair. Spacious fully fitted wardrobes. Patio doors onto terrace balcony. Ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 is also a large air conditioned room with king sized bed with dressing table, mirror and chair. Spacious fully fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a third large air conditioned room with king sized bed with dressing table, mirror and chair. Spacious fully fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 4 is a twin bedded room with large fully fitted wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and chair. Finally the study/ bedroom 5 has a bed-settee and desk/dressing table and mirror. There is also a large balcony over looking the pool.


To the outside of the villa there is a newly established garden, with lemon, mandarin and orange trees. The villa is accessed via electric gates and there is an excellent private pool with ample sun terraces, terrace furniture for "al fresco" dining, a BBQ area and sun loungers.

There is also garage and other secure parking and a playroom under house with table tennis and two mountain bikes

This property is suitable as a relaxing chill-out holiday but also perfectly located for sight seeing or activity breaks and an introduction to the real Spain - but only 30 minutes from Benidorm with its host of holiday activities including theme parks and aqua parks, if you are missing home! Within a 20 minutes drive there is San Juan beach and within 30 minutes Santa Pola beach. Also within easy reach is Elche,the palm tree capital of Spain, is a lovely town full of character and history, with beautiful parks and fountains . It offers cultural and pleasurable activities.....
