A brand new 3 bedroomed, third floor apartment located in the stunning 5 star resort of Altea Hills, close to the 5 star Melia Hotel. Features include a large lounge and two of the bedrooms with full width sliding glass doors leading onto a large balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and Sierra Bernia mountains.

The interior has been furnished to a luxurious but homely standard to make your holiday extra special. A car is essential if you wish to discover the beaches and local region, but there is plenty to do within walking distance in the resort area. Private parking space is provided in a secure garage with lifts to the apartment.


Set in an ideal location for walkers, cyclists and sports enthusiasts. If peace and quiet and a relaxing, healthy holiday is on the agenda look no further.

On Altea seafront you'll find a series of pebble and shingle beaches with an array of water sports available during the summer months. A large Tuesday market takes place on the seafront promenade and is one of the biggest of its kind on the Costa Blanca. Altea is favoured by artists who travel there to paint its spectacular views as a result there are numerous galleries and shops showing and selling their work.


Local places of interest include Calpe, ten minutes drive, a fishing/seaside town with great shops and the Penon D'ifach rock reaching out to sea. For a great day out take a 15 minute drive to Algar River Natural Fountains with its waterfalls and fresh water swimming. During Fiesta time small villages such as Jalon, Alcalali and Parsent are tucked away, but are well worth seeking out.

The apartment is located in the beautfiul and quiet Altea Hills 5 star resort, which incorporates the Melia Altea Hills 5 star hotel. All of the hotel facilities are available for use (a small charge applies for some) and include tennis courts, paddel courts, a squash court, gym, health spa, indoor heated pool, 3 outdoor pools, piano bar and a very good restaurant.

The owners also have access to a neighbouring property "Mariposa". Parties of up to 12/14 people can therefore be potentially catered for.
