Casa de Vistas is a lovely 2 bedroom second floor apartment sleeping 6 people, situated in "Greenwich village" in Mascarat, Altea. The property has air conditioning, Sky Satellite TV and simply stunning coastal views.

Property description

The Apartment is situated on the second floor, with easy access via stairs or lift and great views along the coast. The property is well appointed with 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is en-suite and together with a bed-settee the apartment offers accomodation for up to 6 people with all linen included.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and ceiling fans so you should remain comfortable whatever the conditions. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and a microwave so there's no excuse for not catering for yourself - other than the excellent bars and restaurants that is!

There is a great pool is within the complex purely for the use of the residents that includes a separate paddling pool plus there is a shop selling basic supplies close at hand with supermarkets selling a wider range of goods near by.

A family car is available for your use if you want to travel while you're on holiday. There are plenty of places to visit. It's right hand drive so you should feel quite at home (just remember to drive on the right hand side of the road!)


Pueblo (village) Mascarat is a fairly new 'Moors' type development located just south of Calpe on Spains Costa Blanca - North. All of the apartments are privately owned, mostly by wealthy Spanish families with the remainder belonging to British (like me) and other European families and are only 45 minutes drive from the airport at Alicante.


This is a very peaceful area with no 'disco' type bars or nightclubs although there are great bars and restaurants around the Marina offering a fantastic variety of choice from pizza to seafood platters.....
