"Garpecor BF" is a very well located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor apartment sleeping 6 people. The apartment is located just 100 metres from the beach in Altea, with shops and restaurants a 2 minute stroll away and the beautiful Old Town of Altea a 15-20 minute walk. A very comfortable and spacious apartment with air-conditioning, central heating and English TV channels.

Property description

Apartment "Garpecor BF" is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property sleeping upto 6 people. The apartment is situated within its own, secure, gated complex just a hundred metres or so from the beach. Close by to the property, you will find all the facilities that you need for your holiday, including a good selection of bars, restaurants and local shops.

While a car is recommended for guests staying at "Garpecor BF", it is by no means essential. The town centre is around a 20 minute walk away and public transport is readily available.


The apartment is modern and has been tastefully furnished by the current owners. It includes; a very spacious main living/dining area, a large south facing balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and is well fitted out with electrical appliances. eg/ English Sky satellite TV (free channels only unless guests take their own Sky cards), VCR & CD player. There is also a large communal pool, private car parking and gas central heating (not used a great deal!!). A cot and high chair are available but a supplement is charged.


In short, there is everything that you might need for a wonderful family holiday in the delightful resort of Altea......
