"Oasis Beach III" is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the Bay of Altea on the private and exclusive development "La Reserve" in Punta de Mascarat close to Altea's Luis Campomanes Sports Marina. "Oasis Beach III" is a luxury third floor apartment comprising two bedrooms, one large master double bedroom with south facing views overlooking the sea to the front terrace and the other bedroom with west terrace overlooking Altea Bay area including mountain views with the sun till late evening. The main bedroom has ensuite including and a hydromassage bath, shower and hairdryer. The second bedroom is a twin bedded room which can be converted to a kingsize bed with a further bathroom suite.

The apartment has a spacious living dining area which is both comfortably and stylishly furnished with Italian marble flooring and benefits from a HD 32" slimline LCD satellite TV with mainly European with some english speaking channels, home cinema surround system, DVD, CD, VCR and Radio along with internet access. The full width patio doors open out onto the terrace where you can sit, relax and watch the sea and the many boats and divers visiting the area. The fully fitted kitchen includes granite top work surfaces, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave grill/oven, washing machine plus breakfast table and chairs. There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout.


To the outside there is a beautiful pool including children's pool with sunbathing areas directly below the apartment which also looks out to sea and is sunlit all day. The balcony is a lovely place to dine and enjoy 'al fresco' dining and includes a sofa and chairs plus sun loungers.

The nearby Hotel spa, gym, tennis and golf at the 5* MELIA ALTEA HILLS HOTEL located in Altea Hills is open to non residents. This hotel offers facilities including gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, squash courts, paddle-tennis, indoor & open-air pools. Golf is available nearby. The coastline and bays around Altea provide excellent marina facilities. All types of water sports & sailing schools with hire and tuition available are available nearby. For those who like to enjoy the the coastline from the sea, there are many different boat excursions up and down the Costa Blanca.


Altea is a charming town, with palm fringed seafront esplanade, picturesque old quarter, cobbled streets, pavement cafes, fine quality restaurants and home to the distinctive landmark 'Church of the Virgin de Consuelo' with it's magnificent dome of glazed blue and white ceramic tiles in the plaza. From here you will enjoy panoramic views of Altea Bay. There is a weekly Market in Altea on a Tuesday.
Benidorm and all it's attractions and nightlife is only a short journey away.
