"Pueblo Mascarat" is a lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeping upto 6 people, situated within the "Pueblo Mascarat" urbanisation in Altea. The property has air conditioning, a lovely terrace and excellent coastal views.

Property description

This is a very spacious apartment, situated on the ground floor of a low rise development, with easy access via stairs or lift and with great views of the Sierra Bernia mountains. The property is well appointed with a good sized main living area inc/ comfortable seating, a separate dining area, TV (mainly Spanish) a DVD and doors leading to a lovely terrace. There are 2 bedrooms and importantly 2 bathroom or shower rooms including an ensuite master bedroom.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning,heating so you should remain comfortable whatever the conditions. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and a microwave so there's no excuse for not catering for yourself - other than the excellent bars and restaurants down by the marina that is!


There is a great communal pool within the complex purely for the use of the residents including a seperate paddling pool. Although there are also shops, bars restaurants and a supermarket within easy reach, a car is strongly recommended for this property.


This is a very peacefull area with no 'disco' type bars or nightclubs although there are great bars and restaurants around the Marina offering a fantastic variety of choice from pizza to seafood platters. The Greenwich Marina is an excellent place to eat with choices ranging from pizzarias to seafood platters. This areas is the main stop for entertainment in Mascarat with its restaurants and bar. There are approximately 16 bars and restaurants within the Marina.
