"Villa Gadea 004" is a fully air conditioned apartment located on the fabulous 5* Villa Gadea development in Altea. Adjacent to the sea, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a first floor property with a good sized terrace. It sleeps 4, has an outdoor hot jacuzzi & excellent sea views!!!

Property description

Villa Gadea is situated adjacent to the beach, about 3k from Altea and 7k from Calpe. The original “Villa Gadea” was a manor house that has recently been fully refurbished and converted into a cultural museum. The former grounds now house a 5* Hotel and the 260 apartments and bungalows that is now known as “Villa Gadea”. The apartments and bungalows are set in a semi tropical environment. Swimming pools have been liberally sprinkled in the grounds and Palm trees, Bougainvillea, Hibiscus and Jasmine abound.


"Villa Gadea 004" has a large main living room with separate dining area, comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and a CD music system. Both the lounge and master bedroom have large patio doors that lead on to a large terrace. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms. There is a well equipped kitchen and a utility room.


The terrace overlooks the pool and is well equipped for "al fresco" dining. There is also an excellent sea view, full air conditioning, gas central heating and a secure video entry system.

The background noise is one made up largely of the sound of crickets, interspersed occasionally with a water sprinkler! Life on Villa Gadea is a relaxed affair with reading, swimming and sun bathing the chief pastimes. The apartments themselves are truly luxurious. This is typified by the marble floors, under floor heating (purely for those occasional cool winter evenings!), air conditioning, private hot Jacuzzis and Siematic kitchens.
