There are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite equipped with a top of the range built-in jacuzzi bath. The second & third bedrooms have two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a hydrotherapy massage shower. The spacious open plan lounge/dining room has been furnished with "comfort in mind". Arguably the best feature of the apartment though is its fabulous terrace and garden. Here you have uninterrupted sunshine and plenty of private area's for sunbathing. There is also a private outside hot jacuzzi and simply fabulous coastal views!!

The apartment has a heated Italian marble floor throughout and is complimented with hot/cold remote controlled air conditioning. The kitchen is ultra modern with stainless steel panels, marble work-tops and is fully equipped with a complete range of top end appliances to make your cooking easy and enjoyable. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is private underground secure parking with space for a medium family car and direct access from the front door.

For complete peace of mind, Villa Gadea resort is fully fenced, and access is controlled by electronic gates and a manned security guard at the gate house. All double glazed windows and doors are fully sound proof and have electronic metal shutters that can be controlled remotely.
