Property description
"Villa Deneilian" is in the prestigous Altea Hills resort overlooking Altea Bay. The accomodation is spacious with extended living areas, well furnished and sleeps upto 7 people. The villa is on 2 levels with the main level featuring lounge with satellite cable TV, DVD, CD and radio, indoor dining and covered naya reached through sliding patio doors. The well equipped kitchen features oven, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and adjoining utility room has a washing machine. There is air conditioning at the villa.
To the outside you can see the mountains while you swim! The communal pool is fabulous and split into a main swimming pool and childrens pool by a bridge and waterfall. The villa has a secluded and peaceful mature garden ideal to relax, read and sunbathe and enjoy 'al fresco' dining BBQ style if staying in. There are also well kept grounds by the pool some 50 metres from the residence.
Beautiful Altea town and its lovely sea front promenade lined with palm trees and beach area is just ten minutes drive away. Altea is a lovely, historic and artistic traditional Spanish town.The old and new parts of Altea town are divided with the old part being on the hill and the lower part having designer shops, galleries selling hand-crafted goods as well as a range of good quality tapas bars and restaurants. The whole area is beautiful with views of the mountains and the sea at every turn. In Altea,there are many local markets with the largest on the Costa Blanca in Altea every Tuesday. Why not explore this beautiful scenic countryside and drive through orange and lemon groves in the valley on your way to visit the Fountains of Algar, or the spectacular mountain top view of Guadalest. Calpe, Denia, Javea and Benidorm are all within a short drive. For the family there are Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Natura Theme Parks, and for younger children the Mundomar Sea World which are all less than 10km away.
