"Casa Capucine" is an excellent 2 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 people. The apartment is set in a quiet location in the traditional Spanish village of El Paraiso and less than a mile from Villajoyosa. The property is just a stroll to the beach and a 15 minute walk in to Villajoyosa.
Property description
"Casa Capucine" is located within Edificio Garden Court within the village of "El Paraiso" which is a tranquil setting less than a mile from Villajoyosa and only a short drive to Benidorm with its wealth of amenities, nightlife and golden beaches. There is a Benidorm bus stop right very close to the complex and the railway station (Alicante to Denia) is only a 10 minutes walk away - so car hire is not essential.
The apartment block contains 75 properties and is only 3 stories high. "Casa Capucine" is on the 1st floor and has slight sea views. The beach is only a short stroll away while there are also a number of tennis courts nearby. The village has four restaurants; Las Palmeros which is excellent and also doubles as a bar, a Chinese restaurant which is actually at the end of the Capucine complex, an amazing restaurant within walking distance called Tuela Negra, which although expensive by Spanish standards but definitely worth a visit as the food, service and surroundings are beautiful. Finally, there is Bar David which again is cheap and cheerful, popular with the locals.
The apartment has a spacious main living are including dining facilities for up to four people. The lounge then opens out on to a glazed terrace where there is further seating. There are 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a sofa bed, enabling the property to sleep up to 6 adults comfortably. There is also a well equipped kitchen and a 4 piece bathroom.
To the outside of the property is a large communal pools with two double showers plus a childrens pool. The beach is very close by and there is secure parking to the rear of the building. The owners have provided 2 sunbeds for guests to use by the pool and there is also a security gate and intercom system to get in.
