Property description

This large detached 3 bedroom townhouse was built in 2005 and has panoramic views towards Benidorm and the surrounding area. "Collado Real" is ideally positioned midway between La Cala de Finestrat on the coast (3 miles) and Finestrat village sitting at the foothills of the Sierra Aitana. A major advantage of this location is its proximity to Benidorm, Europe’s most popular year round holiday destination. Close enough to enjoy the many facilities that Benidorm has to offer yet far enough away for peace and tranquility. Collado Real (also known as Cala Green) is a superb family base to head into the mountains for a wide range of outdoor pursuits; play golf at an increasing number of courses on the Costa Blanca; enjoy the numerous theme parks around Benidorm; or just laze around on one of the properties three sun terraces, one just feet from the large pool.


The property is fully equipped for six guests and briefly comprises the following; a spacious main living area with direct access to the terrace including a 3 and 2 Seater settee, TV/DVD, a four seater dining suite with hatch to a fully equipped kitchen which in turn includes a microwave, washing machine, iron,etc. There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, integrated black out blinds and a hair dryer plus 2 bath or shower rooms and a WC. There is air conditioning throughout for the summer and heating for year round comfort.


There are three spacious sun terraces with beautiful views of sea, patio table and chairs plus BBQ!! All of the terraces have been fitted with out door lights. There is a communal swimming pool with childrens play area 300meters away. The property sits in an elevated valley position ensuring a gentle breeze throughout the day and night. Although all amenities are close by, a car is recommended.
