Casa Panorama is a lovely and spacious 4 bedroom villa in a quiet location near La Nucia. Upstairs in the property (entry level) there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and a twin plus a bathroom, while there are two further bedrooms, again a double and twin and a bathroom on the lower floor which is closer to the pool. The accommodation can sleep up to 8 people. On the main level there is also a brand new fully fitted kitchen with integrated electrical appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring hob and oven plus washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility room. There is a beautiful indoor dining area for 8 people with a glass covered log burning fire and a cosy and comfortable lounge area tastefully decorated and the perfect place to chill out. There is a TV with English channels, a DVD player and surround music system. You can access the large sunny covered naya through here with glazed retractable shutters and admire the view and sample the inviting 10 x 4 heated rectangular pool which comes with a electric cover for safety and hygiene purposes. The pool has a salt water system plus automatic ph balancer making it pleasanter than conventional chlorine. There is also air conditioning and central heating in the villa and a carport for parking your car.
To the outside the villa's biggest asset are the breathtaking sea views from the rooftop over to the Bay of Altea. With sunloungers and terrace furniture aplenty you can relax in comfort amongest the fruit trees of the spacious lawned gardens, ideal for children and even enjoy dining 'alfresco' style using the huge outdoor covered kitchen area which has hot and cold running water, BBQ, grill and seating for 6.
