The residential area around the villa is usually quiet but the town centre of La Nucia and Benidorm are both within easy reach. There is a spacious main living room incorporating an open plan dining area, comfortable sofa's, TV, DVD, and Cd music system. Leading off the lounge is a well equipped kitchen and rear double doors to a balcony plus stairs to garden. There is a short corridor servicing the 3 bedrooms and two wash rooms one with bath, shower over and the second has a shower tray. There is a full alarm system, and security gates.
The garden has fish pond and several 'rooms' including a small dance floor. The villa has full gas central heating.
The villa is of modern construction being 14 years or so old. The front has room for two cars off road behind elctric gates (providing you can park straight). There is also a large deck area around pool and stairs at both ends to the lower level garden which is flat.
