"La Nucia" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom version of our much larger advertisied property 'Villa La Nucia' within the peaceful and secluded residential area of El Valle in La Nucia on the outskirts of Benidorm. This upper floor living accomodation sleeps 4 and has many 'home comforts' including SKY, Freeview TV, wireless internet access, air conditioning, 2 lounges, lovely private 11m x 5.5 m swimming pool and is south facing. The beaches and towns of La Nucia, Alfaz Del Pi, Albir and Benidorm are only a short drive away along with theme parks plus a number of restaurants are within walking distance.


Property description
"La Nucia" is very spacious and splendid 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, not overlooked, forming the upper level of the main villa. There are many characteristics here with beam ceilings, classic feature wood burning fireplace, an extremely comfortable setting for any holiday. Upstairs the villa comprises of 2 large sized bedrooms, one twin with ensuite and 1 kingsize with ensuite full bathroom. ( The twin room can be made into a double, by pushing the beds together as shown). There is a spacious open plan kitchen/breakfast which is well equipped with intergrated appliances along with a relaxing lounge area that leads via glazed, opened, concertina doors to the veranda giving out alot of natural light and south facing sun warmth. There is also a further well furnished main lounge/diner. There is Freeview/ SKY Satellite TV with movies available aswell as basic family package. Internet access and DVD/VCR and CD players also available. The property has full air conditioning and would be ideal for couples, friends and small families with older children.
To the outside the villa sits in it's own private 845m2 grounds with secure entrance and parking for 3 cars. The large private 11m x 5.5m swimming pool is excellent instead of the sea and there are outdoor BBQ facilities for 'al fresco' dining. There are a number of sunny terraces and shaded areas (awnings in use) and the garden has plenty of patio furniture too. Pick your own Lemon and Grapefruits from the garden.
All local amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A variety of different local beaches and coastal towns are within 10 minutes drive, as are local attractions including the Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks(less than 10 mins), rural and historic villages and lively Benidorm (10 min drive) There is no shortage of things to do in this excellent corner of Spain whatever your tastes. Public transport is located close by and runs regularly at most times of the year. Taxi's too are easily available and are relatively inexpensive.
Please note the lower part of the rental villa is not occupied during stays and pool use is for your privacy only.
