"Lion of Polop" is a new four-bedroom detached villa with stunning views and great facilities. It is located on the mountainside close to the small town of Polop de la Marina near Benidorm and it has incredible views stretching from Calpe in the North to Benidorm to the South. The backdrop to the property is a wonderful mountain view of the “Lion of Polop”.
The community has it’s own gated entrance and offers 3 interconnecting pools set in a small park with completely safe playing facilities for children which is directly overlooked from the villa. The villa is set about 15 minutes walk to the traditional Spanish village of Polop. It is close to the beaches of Albir and Altea all between 5-10 Km distance, also the fun town of Benidorm .
The accommodation is on three levels; On the ground floor is the open plan lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen including hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a double bedroom and shower/toilet room. The upper level has the master bedroom with en-suite bath/shower/toilet, then a twin bedroom with a separate toilet and shower room. - both bedrooms have private sun terraces. Outside is a covered terrace with table and chairs for dining and a further tiled area suitable for sun bathing. The Sotano (basement) is a large 70m square open plan area equipped with two double bed settees, and play area.
It is ideal for a very relaxing family holiday, offering great accommodation and wonderfully situated to enjoy both the real Spain and also the lively town of Benidorm and it many activities.........
Polop is within walking distance where you can find local Spanish bars and restaurants. Shopping facilities are numerous with large supermarkets available in nearby La Nucia, and weekly street markets in all local towns including Polop, Altea and Alfas del Pi. The villa is situated on the side of a mountain called the “ Sleeping Lion of Polop”. At night it is lit. Pine groves, parks and walks surround the community.
For golfers there are 9 excellent courses within 40 mins drive, with the nearest being the new Real De Faula Golf with two 18-hole courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, which is only a 10-minute drive away. All in all, the villa offers both value for money with plenty of space and excellent facilities.
