This beautiful extensive home caters for large and extended families for private use and can accomodate upto 26 persons. “Mediterranean Star Residence” has a large private pool, with many terraces from which you can enjoy the unique breathtaking sea views & scenery. There is an ample array of patio furniture, sun lounges and dining furniture to enjoy the beautiful climate.
The villa is divided into 3 individual and private suites and comprises briefly;
Palm Suite (Sleeps 8, 4 Bedrooms)
Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobes and private balcony.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobes, en-suite shower room and private balcony.
Bedroom 3 with double bed, wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 with double bed and wardrobes.
Bathroom with large bath, sink, wc.
Sunset Suite (Sleeps 6/8, 3 Bedrooms)
2 double beds and twin bedroom.

Manila Suite (Sleeps 6, 3 Bedrooms)
2 Double beds and a twin bedroom.

Each suite contains a brand new fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, sink, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Internal dining and lounge areas are spacious, stylish and contemporary with leather sofas and for entertainment have SKY satellite TV. The property benefits from hot and cold air conditioning.
To the outside there is a lovely 5m x 11m swimming pool with large terracing ideal for sunbathing and dining 'al fresco' style.
The villa is 5 minutes from the elegant Faula Spa and Golf Resort and walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bright lights and nightlife of Benidorm are less than 10 minutes drive away.
The villa is situated in an ideal peaceful location approximately 30 minutes from Alicante airport, within easy reach of some of the best beaches in Europe and very close to all the main attractions of Benidorm including Terra Mitica and Aqualandia. “Mediterranean Star Residence” enjoys wonderful sea views of the beautiful blue Mediterranean seas, the Sierra Bernia Mountains and the surrounding countryside.
