"Villa La Nucia" is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, south facing, detached family villa sleeping 8 people within the peaceful and secluded location of El Valle in La Nucia. The beaches and towns of La Nucia, Alfaz Del Pi, Albir and Benidorm are only a short drive away.

"Villa La Nucia" is a large, spacious family villa, not overlooked, set on 2 levels in La Nucia with beam ceilings, classic feature wood burning fireplace and a warm and extremely comfortable setting for any holiday. Upstairs the villa comprises of 2 large sized bedrooms, one twin with ensuite and 1 kingsize with ensuite full bathroom. ( All twin rooms can be made into doubles,by pushing the beds together). There is a spacious open plan kitchen/breakfast which is well equipped with intergrated appliances along with a relaxing lounge area that leads via glazed opened concertina doors to the veranda. This is south facing and very warm when the sun is out. There is also a further well furnished main lounge/diner. Downstairs there are two further twin bedrooms and shower room plus kitchen/diner which leads directly out onto the terrace and pool. There is Freeview/SKY satellite TV with movies available plus basic family packages too. Norwegian and German channels available. Internet access and DVD/VCR and CD players also. The villa has full air conditioning and would be ideal for extended families.


To the outside the villa sits in it's own private 845m2 grounds with secure entrance and parking for 3 cars. The large private 11m x 5.5m swimming pool is excellent instead of the sea and there are outdoor BBQ facilities for 'al fresco' dining. There are a number of sunny terraces and shaded areas (awnings in use) plus garden with plenty of patio furniture.


All local amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A variety of different local beaches and coastal towns are within 10 minutes drive, as are local attractions including the Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks(less than 10 mins), rural and historic villages and lively Benidorm (10 min drive) There is no shortage of things to do in this excellent corner of Spain whatever your tastes. Public transport is located close by and runs very regularly at most times of the year. Taxi's too are easily available and are relatively inexpensive.

375 kWh of electricity, one gas bottle and 10m3 of water per week is included in the rental which is more than for average usage.However, any consumption of electricity, gas, or water in excess of this amount will be charged to the client, by way of deduction from the deposit, electricity at the rate of €0.176 per kWh water at the rate of €2.50 per m3 and gas at €13.60 per bottle. Meter readings will be taken in the presence of the client on arrival and departure, It is therefore in the interest of the client to act responsibly and switch off all lights, air conditioning and heating when not in use or when leaving the property.
