The lounge and dining area comfortably caters for 4 people, has TV and DVD with some UK channels and a sliding patio door leading to the outside. There is air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.


To the outside of the apartment there are balcony views towards the sea and nature reserve and outdoor furniture for 'al fresco dining' plus a lovely communal pool with separate child's pool in the well maintained gardens.


Calpe is famous for it's long fine sandy beaches, working port, splendid promenades, healthy climate and well known eyecatching landmark 'Penon de Ifach' (Calpe Rock). There are a vast amount of shops, bars and international restaurants all within a gentle stroll making Calpe an ideal location for a break at any time of the year.
