There is seating for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and ample cooking utensils.


The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a splendid shared swimming pool with childrens pool, a garden, a balcony and panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the apartment having external lighting.
