"Casa Shamal" is located on the ground floor of a beautiful villa within the "Ortembach" district of Calpe. Although a car is strongly reccommended for this property it will not be needed every day as the nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away and there are bars and restaurants and the main Levante beach within a 25 to 30 minute walk.


Inside, the property has a spacious and very comfortable main living area that leads out on to the private terrace and pool area. The living room includes a TV with English news channels and radio plus a DVD & CD player. There is a separate dining area and well equipped kitchen. There are two good sized bedrooms - one double & one twin plus a full bathroom.


It is outside though where the property really comes in to its own. There are good sized grounds with an excellent pool and plenty of sun bathing areas. The property has been well equipped with poolside & terrace furniture by its owners and there is also a splendid outside "kitchen" with dining facilities.
