"Casadina" holiday apartment is 83m2 in size and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin plus sofa bed allowing upto 5 people to sleep comfortably. There is a shower room also . The kitchen is well equipped with oven , grill, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave and has a separate dining room which can cater for upto 6 people. The lounge is comfortable, well furnished and has TV, internet access, radio, stereo CD system and DVD player.
Outside the apartment has it's own private entrance and is set within walled grounds with ample terracing providing sun loungers, outdoor furniture in and out of the shade and boasts a summer kitchen with BBQ/griddle, sink and fridge, perfect for 'al fresco' dining and relaxing. There is a lovely saltwater swimming pool which is protected by gate entry for use also.
The owners of the property live in the top floor of the villa and have their own seperate entrance , terrace and garden.
The secluded sandy beach of La Fustera and shops and restaurants are approximately 1 km walk away.
Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops, eateries and main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful holiday experience and destination.
