Estrella de Calpe are relatively new apartments on a private gated and residential development completed during June 2005. The apartments are situated close to the salt lakes and nature reserve and just a 6 minute walk from the main "Arenal" beach and 10 minutes to the high street shops.


This well presented and fully furnished penthouse apartment boasts two sun terraces on each level and has hot and cold air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite facilities and twin room with separate bathroom suite plus sofa beds for 3 more people. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and there is a TV and DVD in the main lounge.


Outside, the apartments share communal grounds that include a splendid swimming pool and landscaped gardens with paths and benches liberally interspersed. The pool is excellent for both children and adults and there is plenty of external lighting for the evenings. There is an allocated underground secure car parking space and lift access to the penthouse floor.

Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops, eateries and main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful holiday experience and destination.
