The well equipped kitchen includes washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter months.


The apartment is superbly located and is in the neighbouring street to the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' and a short stroll to Calpe's famous "old town".


Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries plus internet cafes on the main high street 'Gabrio Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful location to live or stay.
