To the outside there is a private and secure entrance, sole use of the large attractive gated private rectangle swimming pool with steps and poolside shower. There is ample terrace and garden furniture for 'al fresco' dining BBQ style if preferred and plenty of sunbathing loungers to soak up the suns rays. Breathtaking views surround the property making this an all round beautiful spot and great apartment for size, privacy and value.


Calpe is a popular holiday destination and is renowned for it's vast sandy beaches, long stretching esplanade and famous landmark 'Penon de Ifach' (Calpe Rock). With it's charming, picturesque and historic old town and plentiful shops, bars and restaurants this is a great retreat.
