"Levante Beach Casa" is a lovely 2 bedroom frontline apartment overlooking the main Levante beach. The apartment has a great terrace which is blessed with fabulous sea & harbour views. The location is just about perfect because guests have the beach, shops bars and restaurants literally on their doorstep!!

Property description

"Levante Beach Casa" enjoys some of the best views in Calpe from its excellent terrace. Situated on the Levante beach, the apartment overlooks the harbour with sweeping views of the bay.At the present time we are holding 2008 prices for 2009. Hurry, this might not last!


The apartment comprises two spacious twin bedded rooms with commanding views of the harbour, and a comfortable lounge/diner with fabulous view to both the beach and sea. Satellite TV (with English channels) and radio is provided. The kitchen has oven and hob, fridge and ample cupboard space. It is fully equipped for four persons a washing machine is also provided. The shower room was new for 2007,and there are two balconies to ensure all day sunshine.

Shops, bars and restaurants are all very close. The town of Calpe is about 30 minutes walk along the promenade, or if you prefer there is a local bus that takes you there.


To the outside of the apartment is a large communal pool and sun terraces. The owners of the apartment have provided ample terrace furniture plus sun loungers in the pool area
