"Luis" is a neighbour of our own apartment "Jasmine". It is a splendid 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property in a very central location just 200 metres from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is comfortably furnished with a magnificent south facing balcony overlooking the Arenal beach.

Property description

"Luis" is situated inside the Tucan building on the 5th floor (Apartment 5D, immediately below "Jasmine" & next door to "Blanca"). The 42 apartments & penthouses are serviced by 2 lifts and there is a concierge operating 6/7 days per week.


The building has its own swimming pool and secure parking. Entrance to both the grounds and to the apartment block itself is by a keypad entry system. The apartment is superbly located, being less than 200 metres from Calpe's main Arenal beach and even closer to shops, bars and restaurants. The main high street shops on the Gabriel Miro are only a short stroll away, as is Calpe's famous "old town".


Inside, the apartment has recently been furnished to a high standard. This apartment is perfect for anybody seeking either a short break or a long stay. As we have 2 other apartments within the "Tucan" building, parties of up to 12 can easily be catered for.
