"Molinet" is ideally situated being only a few metres from the beautiful esplanade that runs along the side of Calpe's main Arenal beach. The location is ideal for all types of holiday, whether you are looking for a family beach holiday, sight seeing or perhaps short relaxing break, Molinet would be an excellent choice. This fourth floor apartment has a lovely balcony with views of the Arenal beach and it is well located for all local amenities.


Inside, the apartment has been furnished in traditional Spanish style. The main living room incorporates a dining area and opens up on to a lovely terrace that overlooks the sea. There are three bedrooms and importantly, two bathrooms. There is also a well equiped kitchen and secure private parking. Entrance to both the grounds and to the apartment block itself is by a keypad entry system. A perfect choice for a holiday on Spain's Costa Blanca.


Simply walk out of the building, stroll through the private gardens, through the gate and you are on the main beach....

It should be noted that there are no lifts to this apartment, it is therefore only suitable for the fit and agile!!
