There are three bedrooms and importantly, two bathrooms. There is also a well equiped kitchen and secure private parking. Entrance to both the grounds and to the apartment block itself is by a keypad entry system. A perfect choice for a holiday on Spain's Costa Blanca.
Simply walk out of the building, stroll through the private gardens, through the gate and you are on the main beach....
It should be noted that there are no lifts to this apartment, it is therefore only suitable for the fit and agile!!
