The location is ideal for all types of holiday, whether you are looking for a family beach holiday or perhaps short relaxing break. Or even if you want to learn the language during your satay in the country, as you can learn Spanish comfortably in the apartment with a native tutor. Playa de Oro would be an excellent choice. This fourth floor apartment has a lovely balcony with views of the Arenal beach and it is well located for all local amenities.

Inside, the apartment has been furnised with "comfort" in mind. The main living room incorporates a dining area and opens up onto a lovely terrace that overlook the sea. There are two bedrooms and importantly, two bathrooms. The apartments & penthouses are serviced by 2 lifts and there is a concierge operating 6/7 days per week.
