Property Description
"Saladar" is ideally situated for either a relaxing break, sightseeing or family beach holiday. It is located inside "Edificio Saladar" in Calpe on the 5th floor. The apartment is superbly positioned enjoying fabulous sea and beach views and being very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can stroll along the excellent esplanades which either lead you to the town centre in around 10 minutes or to the Marina and Calpe rock or "Penyon of Ifach", within 400 metres in the other direction. The building has its own swimming 16m x 8m pool with roman steps and children's splash pool, sun loungers and secure parking. Entrance to both the grounds and to the apartment block itself is by a keypad entry system.
Inside the apartment has been tastefully furnished by its owners and is "built for comfort". There is a good sized open plan main living area inc/ dining for 4 people, Satellite 32" TV with UK Channels inc BBC, ITV, Channel 5 and more, DVD, VCR and CD music system. There is also WiFi. The patio doors open onto a large spacious balcony, so you can stretch your legs and enjoy the delightful climate. There are 2 twin bedrooms both with air conditioning, enabling the apartment to sleep up to 4 adults in comfort. There is also a full bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchen is brand new and well equipped and includes cooker, fridge freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, George Foreman Grill, sandwich maker and cafetiere plus there is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This is the third time we have stayed at this apartment and have nothing but praise for this. The large balcony offers a fantastic view of the sea on one side and the Salinas with flamingos is on the other side of the apartment. This is a very well appointed apartment with new air conditioning put in this year plus other improvements. It is very well located for everything and we will be definitely returning next year. Calpe is a lovely resort and the Saladar apartment makes the holiday perfect.

Really well presented well equipped comfortable apartment with a large balcony which gets the sun most of the day and has fantastic sea views at the front and great views of the the Salt Lake and the pink flamingos from the rear. Very convenient for the bustling harbour and the fish restaurants and very close to the flat promenade which leads after a 10 minute walk to the town with a large number of good restaurants along the way. Air conditioning and heating are also available in the apartment. Definitely home from home. Can't wait to go back.

The apartment is fabulous, fully equipped, TV, radio, bluetooth speakers, hair dryer and iron, kitchenware ... Etc. everything you need. The location is superb, close to the beach and amenities. And the apartment itself is amazing, comfortable and has a super terrace which we loved. We will certainly repeat.

Fabulous apartment with incredible views.
This is our 4th visit to the Saladar and always have an incredible time.
The apartment is of a high standard and the views from the balcony are second to none. Wi fi has been put in this year which is a bonus.
The apartment is close to all amenities and no need for a car. My sister and I will definitely be back to the Saladar next year. The perfect place for a perfect holiday.
