"Vista Mar Calpe" has one twin bedroom with sea view and one double bedroom also with sea view and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiing fans. A good quality folding bed available on request for 5th person. The comfortable lounge /diner with ceiling fan leads through large patio doors to an excellent terrace for that allimportant "al fresco" dining and relaxing. There are sea views from this terrace and also from the terrace leading from one of the bedrooms which has a table and chairs for afternoon sunshine!! There is also a full bathroom which has recently been refurbished with bath and shower over. A Vanity unit and w.c. plus a well equipped modern kitchen with washing machine.
The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a quiet residential building with lifts to all floors. The building is private and can only be accessed by a locked door leading into foyer. Many of the tenants are in permenant residence. The building is opposite to the beach and it is quieter than a totally holiday apartment maker block. There are good quality supermarkets and bars and some excellent restaurants only minutes away from the location where roadside parking is available.
This is a privately owned apartment with good furnishing and excellently maintained with a new kitchen and appliances and only a short distance from the main town centre. A fully self contained top floor apartment has everything required to make a perfect holiday. The long prominade encompassing the large clean safe sandy beach with Blue Flag award is only a few minutes walk away.
