Property Description

Set in a peaceful residential area of Calpe called Carrio Park and yet it is only a 15 minute walk to the main "Levante" beach with its plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. This is a lovely 3 bedroom villa sleeping 5 in total which is located within large private gated grounds and has wonderful views of the "Penyon de Ifach" Calpe rock.


The accommodation is set on the upper level of the main villa ( lower level locked and not rented during booked stays) and comprising of two bedrooms, newly fitted bathroom, lounge and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and naya overlooking the superb new pool.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the majestic Penon Rock. The volcanic Rock measures over 300 metres high and is now a nature reserve and a major tourist attraction. However, for those wishing to get a breathtaking view of the coastline, there is a path which takes you to the peak. Calpe also prides itself on it's many long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' The villa is only 25 minutes from the family orientated theme park of Terri Mitica and water park at Aqualandia making Calpe an ideal base for an all round wonderful family holiday destination.
