Property overview

Carrio Park is a unique property on the Costa Blanca. It is a large 8/9 bedroom villa that has been purpose built as four separate units. Perfect for large groups of family/friends up to 16/20 people that wish to enjoy a great holiday together but still prefer to have their own individual space.

Property description

The main building has been divided into 4 duplexes, all on two levels. Each domain has been established for 4 persons. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living /dinning room with a modern kitchen and bathroom. French doors lead you to your own private terrace with table and chairs leading directly onto swimming pool area. The second floor offers one bathroom with second toilet and one twin bedroom, with 2 single beds, and one double bedroom with French doors leading onto your own private balcony, from which you overlook the pool.

Each duplex has a TV and eating facilities, sofa dinning table and chairs, everything you will need for a group of 4 to enjoy their holiday. With the added benefit of your friends or family being right next door.

We have the unique opportunity of being able to sleep large groups of up to 20 guests. Not only just a private villa with a large swimming pool but the privacy that is sometimes needed during a large family or group holiday.


There is also a separate apartment that is still attached to the main house but on a different level with its own large private terrace. It has one living room with a sofa (double bed), one double bedroom one bathroom and one kitchen. The apartment is for two people however could be used for 2 adults and one or two sharing sofa bed. The prices quoted are for the main 16 person villa but the owners are very flexible and will allow larger parties free use of this additional accommodation.


Carrio Park is within 5 minutes drive to the centre of Calpe giving you easy acces without the hustle of staying in the main town. Carrio Park is an urbanisation made up of individual private villas its peaceful location allowing holidaymakers to relax and enjoy their vacation. A car is essential and would benefit any tourist in Calpe as there is so much to see and do in the neighbouring towns. Within a two minute drive ther are various bars.
